Filmgoers usually hang around the entrance while discussing film.
Pre-COVID it was only a small nuisance, but now it can be daunting to walk past the groups as you seek to maintain distance.
There's a wheelchair ramp at the side of the entrance, but once you get to the door, it's often unopened and unmanned. You'd have to manually push it yourself, which can exclude people with differing abilities.
Another possible obstacle would be the heavy soundproof doors of the screening rooms. Which are also most of the time unopened and unmanned. Holding the door for those behind you can strengthen feelings of community, but it could still exclude those whose mobilities make them unable to pass or hold the door at all.
